Our staff will help make you aware of items that you will need to handle prior to our arrival at your home. This pre-installation checklist may include some of the following:

  • Confirmation of the tile installation date
  • Removing all “breakables” or obstacles from the room
  • Preparation of the tile sub-floor, if needed
  • Removal of furniture and appliances
  • Floor and door height adjustments
  • Verify that in-home temperatures and conditions are appropriate for tile installation
